Are these donations tax-exempt?
Yes, Sparsh is registered under the Bombay Public Trust Act and all donations to the Trust are exempted under the provision of Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
Is Sparsh eligible to receive CSR donations ?
Yes, donations to Sparsh are classified as CSR under the Companies Act. A copy of our approval will be shared on request.
Do you accept donations from outside India?
No, we cannot accept any foreign donations since we do not have a FCRA registration.
